Keep The Fire Burning!
Unlike other states’ games programs, UWG receives no funding from the state, and relies each year on sponsorships and donations. Utah Winter Games is committed to connecting Utahans with Utah’s Olympic legacy by providing low or no cost winter sports and activities. Last year there were over 5,500 participants in the clinics and competitions, and the inaugural year of our statewide fitness program, WinterFit, was very successful. Utah Winter Games has great plans for the 2007-2008 season, including clinics and/or competitions at all 13 Ski Utah member resorts, all Olympic Venues and re-introductions of an alpine ski race series and hockey.
Our goal of 7,000+ participants in 2007-2008 is very achievable, but we need your help.
We would truly appreciate any donation you could make. UWG is a Utah 501(c)3 corporation, so you can feel good about being involved in Utah’s Olympic legacy and physical fitness and recreation of Utahans of all ages and abilities, AND get a tax deduction! You can’t beat that for a feel good!
In order to Keep The Fire Burning for all Utahans whether you live in Farr West or East Carbon, North Logan or South Weber, or any one of the other thousand cities in Utah, please donate now!
