Get Fit, Utah – WinterFit!
The WinterFit program is designed to encourage Utahns to be a part of Utah’s Legacy of the 2002 Winter Games, get fit and have fun this winter and for a lifetime.

Recruit your WinterFit team today! Form teams of two to ten people – friends, co-workers, family, neighbors. Motivate each other through the winter to get out, stay active, be healthy and have fun!
Team achievement can be recognized in three ways:
- Accumulated Minutes of Activity
There are lots of ways to be active in the winter: Shovel snow, build a snowman, take the stairs instead of the elevator, take an aerobics class, or try a new winter sport. (check out all the great options at www.utahwintergames.org) Minutes can add up really fast when you’re having fun with your family and friends. Just keep a log and report to your team captain. Accumulated Activity is calculated based upon the total number of minutes divided by the number of team members. Don't worry, we do the math.
- Accumulated Weight Loss
With a healthy, appropriate diet and physical activity, the long months of winter don’t have to mean extra pounds. Your WinterFit teammates can help you stay motivated, and you’ll all reap the benefits. Weight Loss is calculated based upon the total weight lost divided by the beginning weight; displayed as a percentage of change. Don't worry, we do the math.
